Details: Class is held at our in-home studio. The garage door is open at 5:30 and then we close it to turn on the AC right as class is starting. If you arrive and it's closed, knock on the door.
Cost: $12 per class- Drop in when your schedule allows! We accept cash, venmo, cash app, or paypal.
Attire: You can wear workout clothes and ballet shoes for sure! 🙂 If you don't have ballet shoes, socks will work! All Levels Welcome!
Instructor: Amy began her training at age eight with Mikhail Casalino and continued with the School of Ballet West and the University of Utah. She is Certified to teach Progressing Ballet Technique. Mrs. Amy is a Licensed Massage Therapist giving her a working knowledge of the how muscles work together to create movement and how to treat and prevent injury ballet for experience
